Of course, it's quite different to authentic bustrengo because so many important ingredients of bustrengo aren't suitable for vegans. I've also replaced the figs with dates because fig pollination kinda freaks me out.
This recipe was inspired by Jamie Oliver's non-vegan version, but as you can see this is quite a different recipe.
