Sabai Thai has great vegan and vegetarian options, including curries (which we tried), soups, salads, stir fries, noodle dishes and desserts. The price is pretty reasonable for a restaurant and considering the quality of the food.
We had the vegan panang curry and the vegan red curry, both with vegetables and tofu and some of their beautifully cooked rice. The food tastes really fresh and comes quickly. The sauces of the curries were some of the smoothest I've ever tasted. I presume the tofu at Sabai Thai is either baked or flash deep fried because it has a really spongy texture and it tastes great with the way it takes up the sauce.
On a previous visit a couple of years ago, I tried their vegan tom yum soup, which I can also highly recommend.
Best to book ahead if you can, usually busy at peak times and often can't get a table without a booking. Credit cards accepted. Good choice of soft drinks and alcohol, clearly marked as vegetarian/vegan.
