Burger Brothers' menu is short and simple. There are two vegetarian options ("Hello Me" and "Veggie Special") and one vegan option ("Vegan Veggie Special"), with your choice of hot sauce. Fries/chips are forbidden for some reason - empty calories perhaps? Service is fast and the price is reasonable (£7.50 - £8 for veggie and vegan options). Very limited space inside to eat, but if it's a nice day, both the Pavilion Gardens and Old Steine are nearby. Credit cards accepted.
The Hello Me (vegetarian) is halloumi, Portobello mushroom, tomatoes, peppers, caramelised onions and sauce. The halloumi and the mushroom makes it quite a bulky, slippery burger to eat.
The Veggie Special is a patty (squash, sweet potato, broccoli, sweetcorn, chestnut mushrooms, coated with breadcrumbs), roasted peppers, caramelised onions, salsa, mayo and beechwood smoked cheese. The Vegan Veggie Special is the same, except a vegan bun, vegan mayo and no cheese. Much easier to eat than the Hello Me.
